Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Window

  • Our policy lasts 3 days post-delivery. If 3 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, click on the Return/Exchange tab, and our team will process your request.

Return/Exchange

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  • As our garments are hand-embroidered, there may be a 1-3 inch margin in size compared to the size chart.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Used or damaged items
    • Gift cards
    • 🚨 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED 🚨

Important Return Guidelines

  • Keep the product ready with the invoice and tags.
  • Collect a receiving slip from the pickup agent.
  • Record a short video of the article while handing it over to avoid disputes.
  • Sale Period Policy:
    • During sales, Prepaid & COD orders are only eligible for replacement (no exchanges).
    • If the replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose another item of the same value or pay the difference for a higher-value product.
    • Returns/Exchanges are free only once. Any additional exchange on the same order will incur a ₹200 charge, and no return will be accepted.
    • Using the code NORETURN14 removes your order from return & exchange eligibility.
    • No return/exchange on ‘Shopping Ka Season’ collection.

Processing & Refunds

  • Pickups take 7-8 days to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will issue a store credit or dispatch a replacement.
  • If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.
  • For delayed refunds, check your bank account, then contact your bank or credit card company. If unresolved, reach out to us at Help@houseofkari.in

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or size-related issues.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order. Subsequent exchanges will be chargeable.

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift at purchase, a gift credit will be issued upon return.
  • If the gift was shipped to the buyer first, the refund will be processed to the gift giver.
