Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 3 days post delivery. If  3 days have gone by since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Click on Return/Exchange tab our team will initiate refund process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & Tags intact.

There can be margin of 1-3inches in the garment depending on size compared to size chart & listing details, as its hand embroidered.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as Damaged & used items, cannot be returned.

Points to be noted while returning any product -

  • Please keep the products ready with invoice and tags.
  • Do not forget to collect a receiving slip from pickup guy.
  • Please click short video of the article while giving it to pick-up guy avoid any kind dispute later.
  • Whenever the sale goes live. Prepaid and COD orders are available for replacement only and no exchange applicable.
  • If the desired product is not available for replacement during sale, the customer can choose any other product equivalent to the same value or the customer can pay extra to get the higher value of the product.
  • Customers will be allowed to initiate Return/Exchange free of charge only once.
  • If a person does a second time exchange on same order it will add extra charges of ₹200 and no return is applicable.

    Pick-ups usually take 7-8 days to get back to our warehouse. As soon as the article is back our team will give you a store credit or manually dispatch your order from here.

    International Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Refunds (if applicable):

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@houseofkari.in.

    Exchanges (if applicable):

    We only replace items if they are defective, size issue or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, click on Return/Exchange tab to initiate process. Exchange can be done once only, post that shipping charges will be levied upon as per actual.

    Gifts:

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
